Shipping:
Shipment will be made immediately upon receipt of payment. Orders will be delivered within 3 to 6 working days to any part of Great Britain or any other European country by United Parcel Service (UPS) from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. The person who signs for the items delivered must be 18 years or older. Please check your order on arrival and only sign for the number of boxes delivered. Should a wine be damaged or missing, please notify us by e-mail within three days after the delivery date and we will offer you a replacement or a refund. If the shipment cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the driver will leave you a message asking you to phone him and tell him when it would be convenient to deliver the shipment.

Way of payment

Payment in advance
with 2 % reduction for international bank transfer. When your payment is made from a county with Euro-currency, the costs for bank transfer is little, but it may take up to 5 days until your payment on our bank account. If you wish to receive your wines as fast as possible, we recommend payment by  Paypal or Credit Card.

Payment by Paypal
We prefer to receive payments by Paypal because it free for you, the fees are are low for us. The payment is fast and very reliable, and when an item is out of stock, we can refund the difference in your favour very easely.
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will by passed on the to the electronic PayPal system, where you will be asked to provide the system with your login ID and password and to proceed with the payment. You will then be passed back to our online shop, where you can complete your shopping.
